The Short Courses for the 62nd ISI World Statistics Congress will take place on 16–17 August 2019 at Sasana Kijang of Bank Negara Malaysia, in Kuala Lumpur. These short courses are organised by the ISI in cooperation with its Associations, with support from the host organisation of ISI WSC 2019.

Refund and cancellation policy
- A minimum of 10 registered participants is required for each course to be confirmed. Participants are requested to register by 31 May 2019. Confirmation of short courses will be announced on 10 Jun 2019.
- Short course registration fees are non-refundable after 31 May 2019, except for cases when cancellation due to insufficient participation occurs (see below). If cancellation of the registration is requested before 31 May 2019, a flat rate of 30% of the registration fee will be deducted to cover administrative and other costs incurred.
- If a participant registered for a course that is not confirmed due to insufficient participation, the opportunity to switch registration to one of the confirmed short courses will be offered. Any difference between the cost of registration for the short course chosen to switch and the initial course will be settled before the final registration is confirmed. In case the participant decides not to switch courses, a full refund will be made of the registration fee paid.
