Synopsis:
Kick off School Outreach Programme in conjunction with the 70th Anniversary of DOSM, International Statistical Institute Conference (ISI WSC) 2019, National Statistics Day (HSN) 2019 and Population & Housing Census 2020 was held at Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Changgang, Banting on 18 June 2019. The program will take place at selected schools throughout Malaysia by State DOSM.
Objectives:
- Publicize National Statistics Day (HSN) and DOSM to students and teachers
- Produce students who will become brave and sharp-minded leaders and have critical arguing skills and critically debate statistics
- Cultivate awareness and passion for statistics among schoolchildren
- Bringing statistics to the younger generation
