Knowing the estimates from the A3 model (presented at figure 2), we may
now estimate connection between A2 and A3 models. Note, that I used
reflective notation for main (A2 & A3) model construct and anchor is added
as a formative component. In this case I assume that my final model will have
model A2 as a dependent one for model A3:

To summarize steps undertaken so far:
1) I assumed my desired indicator should be built by two SEM models,
one of them dependent from another
2) I built two independent SEM models: A2 and A3 to get the total
standardized estimates of the parameters
3) I amended model A2 (dependent model) by adding an anchor, which
was the part of model A3. I got total standardized estimates of the
parameters for anchored model
