            would,  in  turn,  provide  an  embracive  assessment  of  property  market
            conditions in different period of time. Last but not least, in time to come, the
            study can be extended and improved the use of micro-level data to construct
            accurate  and  reliable  economic  indicators,  this  is  not  only  confined  to
            academic works but for policy attention and formulation.
