Free will can be defined as if our actions do not seem unpredictable to
ourselves because we see them coming to fruition, see Figure 1. However,
being aware, between the decision and the resultant action, of what one is
about to do is not at all the same thing as actually willing the movement in
the first place.

ELATER model is an extension of LATER in order to introduce some variability
