The Russian Federation was not included in the calculations, because even
for that minimum of indicators, which turned out to be common for the
countries in question, Russia does not yet have an information base. However,
based on the fact that Russia's position in income groups changes all the time,
according to the World Bank, it is necessary when assessing the prospects for
achieving the SDGs to take into account the effect of informal employment on
all determinants (S) shown in Table 3.
