Big Data can play a key role in achieving Sustainable Development
through the valuable insights that large groups of data can generate especially
for improving urban and transportation planning in cities. The research
findings and recommendation of Asia can provide insight in understanding
changes in the urban population density and mobility. These findings can help
urban planners and policy makers to create more sustainable cities and benefit
from the cost savings associated with the new technologies instead of
traditional less effective mechanisms to gather these data. The private sector
