            framework may also be relevant to the construction of other indexes in related
            areas, such as tracking the global SDGs or child development. Since the SPI is
            currently available only for 2016, another promising direction is to collect time
            series data for the new index, both going forward and for several years past,
            and expand the current framework to allow for dynamic changes over time.
