on high-skilled migrant workers are to be considered with caution due to small
sample size. Surveys on SDG indicator 10.7.1 will need to make sure the
sampling design takes into consideration the existing data on both migrants
in urban and rural areas, in high and low skill levels, as well as those with formal
versus informal migration channels.
